While just about every mage, shaman, witch, or sorcerer learns some minor rites and the tools to perform magic with ceremony, this skill covers the nuances of putting together the most powerful rituals. The practitioner learns everything from how to dress, to what colors match with the spell in question, the best time of the year to perform such a ceremony, to how to cut a few corners or eke out a little extra power. A ritual leader may not be the best public speaker or the most charismatic leader, but they know exactly how to project, move and motivate so as to put every piece into just the right place at the right time.
